For creativity to flourish and ideas to flow, people need to be treated equally and without prejudice.

Whoever you are, whatever your level of experience, your ideas have value; you should be enabled to share them without fear. To achieve this, we need to better understand each other. The spread of human experience, in particular how we experience the world, is incredible; no two people are the same. Having a better understanding of the diversity of human experience and the strengths different neurotypes have is key to getting the best out of people.

Neurodiversity is the concept that neurological differences in how people think, learn, and process information are natural variations of the human brain rather than deficits or disorders that need to be “fixed".

It views autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, dyscalculia, and other neurological differences as part of normal human diversity.
