There is a weird paradox with human thought: our subconscious will do anything to not think. It includes all thinking. It takes energy, and we really don't want to burn those calories; we want to hoard them like Scrooge McDuck.

Are you fixing a problem your customers have?

If the answer is yes, why are you fixing a problem, what led you to believe that would result in a successful product?

I never said it and I don't believe it.

When I first came up with the name I was told I would annoy people by saying every idea has equal value, yet I never said that or wrote it.

Being an autistic ADHDer with dyslexia, I am acutely aware how businesses fail when it comes to accommodating the neurodivergent.

Sitting at the table at the beachside restaurant. Taking the afternoon to play with your kids. Waking up and thinking not today, the sun is out.

Is it a dream, can it really happen? No reason why not.

Startups and in particular tech startups can move very fast. Focusing on the day-to-day challenges is hard work; the culture of the business you are creating easily becomes an afterthought.

I passionately believe everyone is brilliant at something, they just haven't had the opportunity to find out what.

All too often it feels like hope has left us. Money is in short supply for many families. The over-fifties are struggling to find work. The world is experiencing major conflicts for what would appear to be no real reason other than a show of strength.

Successful startups need successful products. That is blindingly obvious. Yet history is littered with products created with passion and belief that no one wants, and that fact was visible from space.

Our inability to listen.
