I am Jay Davies, an autistic ADHDer with dyslexia.

I was a software engineer, solution designer, architect, and journey manager for 30 years.  Ex IBM and other stupidly big companies, working across various countries. I have enabled teams to creatively solve complex problems that have helped millions of customers.

I have had to fight to be listened to as an autist.

I have learnt over many years how to get my ideas listened to and how to truly listen and understand my colleagues’ ideas.

I have lead many teams and solved many complex problems.  I have helped people achieve there potential as others helped me.

My mission is to make work a more inclusive place for us all.  To help create better leaders, and help them creatively solve problems so many of us face.

It’s my time to give back.  My lived experience means I can help, you do not have to struggle and suffer as I have.

I want to help people find their voice and be genuinely listened to. Everyone deserves to be content.
