Where is the hope?

All too often it feels like hope has left us. Money is in short supply for many families. The over-fifties are struggling to find work. The world is experiencing major conflicts for what would appear to be no real reason other than a show of strength.

People aren't listening to each other; our differences are highlighted by politicians and the media over any similarities.

Hope feels in short supply.

What if we could start listening to each other?

What if we felt valued for who we are and the contributions we can make if given the chance?

What problems could we solve if we worked together? What would we learn about each other if we did?

What if business were run for the good of humanity rather than just to make people rich?

What products could the collective creativity of people who are valued and listened to create? What would the world look like in this hopeful scenario?

Hope never goes away; it hides in plain sight waiting for someone or some organisation to show the way.

I created EVT to give us hope. A way of us learning to listen and truly understand. It won't be simple but it comes wrapped in hope. With EVT people can understand why they don't listen. Knowing why is enough to change and over time become brilliant at it.

With their new superpower, what product could a founder help create? Could it be one that changes the world?
